How to Join
Join Club Dingo online or at our Cellar Door. Click "Join Now" to get started.
​
Wine Deliveries
After joining, you'll receive your first dozen wines immediately. Subsequent deliveries occur every 3 months, with a reminder email sent 1 month prior to each shipment. This allows you to update your wine preferences and details.

Additional Orders
Need wine sooner? Order anytime and receive immediate delivery. Log in to your account for automatic club discounts. Note that these orders are separate from your club obligations.

Managing Your Account
Log in via the Dingo Creek Vineyard homepage. Use your email and password to access your account, where you can update personal details, wine selections, shipping address, and payment information.

Changing Username or Password
Click "Forgot your username or password" when logging in to update your credentials.
​
Purchasing Wine
Log in as a member, visit shop online, and select "club dingo" during checkout to ensure correct pricing. Minimum 12 bottle purchase.

Skipping Deliveries and Cancelling Membership
After a 1-year minimum commitment, you can skip deliveries or cancel by emailing sales@dingocreek.com.au. A $50 cancellation fee applies to cover costs.

Delivery Costs
We charge a flat rate of $15 within QLD and $25 elsewhere in Australia. Check our Delivery Information for more details.

Delivery Time
Expect delivery within 10 business days, though rural areas may experience longer times. Delays can occur during busy periods or near seasonal transitions.

Tracking Orders
After dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via Aramex. For issues, contact Aramex at (07) 5476 9899.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged wines, but not for change of mind. Email us for return inquiries.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Email us immediately with your Order Number and a photo if applicable, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
