You must be patient and quiet, the bush undisturbed, before the platypus will show herself.  The only sounds are the water making it's way downstream, blending with the birds and insects.  The creeks feed the rivers, which feed the lakes and eventually the ocean - everything is connected.  This lightly oaked chardonnay is best enjoyed with a well presented cheese platter and the sounds of the bush.
